Northwest Propane does awesome things for customers all across Whatcom County. They provide amazing service, and the free wash and paint jobs they provide are immaculate!

It took 24 hours between signing up as a new customer and having my tank filled. Great customer service and at a great price!

Such a great company. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. And we really appreciate the fact that one of the drivers made an extra stop for us when we were not on his route for the day and after his day was probably over to make sure we had fuel.

Exceptional customer service. My tank was low and there was another snow storm coming soon. I had my long drive way plowed but it still was icey. The driver took the time and hauled the hose all the way up to fill my tank. Thanks for going above and beyond, I appreciate your driver!

Exceptional Service!! We are new residents and had the unfortunate experience of waking with no heat, stove or warm water. Thank goodness it’s spring and this wasn’t an emergency! That said, this company was so helpful and even sent Mark from Mt Vernon to fill our tank in Oak Harbor. Thank you! Also, Mark was fantastic with helping me understand routine maintenance. Delightful customer service, and so very helpful!

This company really impressed me! My husband was out of town and was so busy beforehand that he forgot to have our tank filled. We ran out of propane. I called them at 8:30 am and an actual person answered the phone. She was sympathetic and very helpful. I explained the situation and by 10:45 am the same day a truck arrived to fill my tank. The gentleman even spent extra time clearing the air out of the lines of my stove and checking the pilot light on our furnace. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to leave a review because these days you don’t see this kind of service.

I don’t know why anyone would do a propane tank exchange, when their prices are great! Also, for a $5 fee they will recycle your old tanks if you don’t want to recertify them. Friendly staff and you’re supporting a local company. They are my go to place. A+

I want to say thank you to NW propane for always being there for us. We almost ran out of propane this morning and she told me the soonest would be tomorrow. They are here 44 minutes later with propane! Thank you for always taking care of us through the years and especially today. ❤️ We’ve worked with other propane companies. This one is #1. I just wanted to reach out and say a huge THANK YOU to the amazing team at Northwest Propane. We have been purchasing our propane from them for years now and have always enjoyed great prices and prompt delivery. We recently had an issue with our buried propane tank. Their team lent me a temporary loaner tank to get me back up and running and did the delivery and install on our new tank. They were so patient with my barrage of questions and taught me a ton along the way. Everyone on their team from the front desk to the in-house tech to the field guys…all amazing people.
